You must be at least 18 years old to use the Academy. Membership is granted at our discretion and may be offered in tiers with different levels of access. We may accept, decline, or revoke membership at any time.

By posting, you grant the Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content within the Academy for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.
Courses, lessons, materials, branding, and other content provided by the Academy are owned by the Academy or its mentors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a member. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them without permission.
All information provided through the Academy is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Academy and its mentors are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or dealers. Nothing here is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or strategy. Some memberships or features may require payment. Any applicable fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be disclosed to you before you incur them.
You may stop using the Academy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Academy and its members. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Academy after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
